Is my site really already built?
Yes. If you got an email from us, your site exists right now at a private preview link. Our team built it from the details on your public business listing: name, phone, hours and services. Nobody else can find it until you claim it.
How did you find my business?
We look at public business listings on Google for local businesses that have no website, or one that's broken or hard to use on a phone. We only use information you've already made public.
Do you work with businesses outside my city?
Yes. SiteBee builds sites for small businesses anywhere in the United States. Your site is written around your own city, neighborhoods and service area. See guides by industry.
Can I change the design?
Yes. When you claim your site you can pick Modern, Classic or Minimal. Starter keeps the Modern design with your choice of colors and fonts. Pro and Max unlock all three designs and can switch anytime.
Can I change things after I claim my site?
Yes, anything, any time. Your easy-to-use dashboard lets you change photos (including uploading your own), text, services and prices, hours, colors and your logo, from your phone or computer. Press Publish and the changes are live.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes, upload it from your dashboard and it appears on every design. No logo yet? We'll show a clean wordmark of your business name, or we can hand-design a custom logo for you ($49 one-time, ready within 48 hours, includes 2 free revisions), when you sign up or any time later.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. There's no sales call. You pick a plan, pay with a card through Square, and your site goes live. If you want help, our support team is a message away.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Starter can connect a domain you already own. Pro and Max include one standard .com or .net domain (up to $15/yr value) for as long as you subscribe. You can also stay on a free yourname.sitebee.co address.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your site stays up until the end of the billing period.
What happens if I don't claim it?
Nothing. The preview stays private and is deleted after 14 days. We won't keep emailing you, and you can remove it sooner from the link at the bottom of the preview.
Got an email from us?
Your private preview link is in that email. Open it to see your site, pick a design and claim it. Lost it? Reply to the email and we will resend it.
