Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026. Last updated October 2, 2026. SiteBee is a DBA of ANA Enterprises, LLC ("SiteBee", "we", "us").

Please read these Terms carefully. They include a limitation of liability and a choice of Idaho law and Ada County courts.

1. Who we are

SiteBee is a DBA of ANA Enterprises, LLC. SiteBee is based in Boise, Idaho, and our mailing address is 6848 N Government Way, Ste 114 #774, Dalton Gardens, ID 83815. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sitebee.co, any website we host for you, and related services (together, the "Service"). You can reach us at hello@sitebee.co.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By requesting a preview, claiming a site, creating an account, or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use and Takedown Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to bind it to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Previews

We build free, private website previews for businesses, either because the owner asked for one at sitebee.co/start or because we think the business could use a website. A preview uses information the business has made public (such as its name, address, phone number, hours and category), licensed stock photography, our own text and, when the owner asked for the preview, text, photos and a logo from the owner's own website. Previews are private, are not listed in search engines, say clearly that they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business until it is claimed, and expire on their own 14 days after they are created. Anyone who receives a preview link can have it removed at any time at sitebee.co/takedown or by emailing hello@sitebee.co; we remove it promptly and do not contact that business again.

4. Claiming a site and your account

When you claim a site you must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You may only claim a site for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may ask for reasonable proof and may suspend or transfer a site if a claim turns out to be unauthorized. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so you are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for activity under your account.

5. Plans and prices

Custom logo design. You can add a custom logo design when you sign up, at go-live or later from your dashboard. It is a one-time charge (the price is shown before you pay) and is charged on the day you order it, even if your plan starts with free months. It is hand-designed for your business and delivered as one finished logo, added straight to your site, ready within 48 hours of claiming (or of ordering, if you order it later from your dashboard). It includes 2 free revisions, which you request from your dashboard after delivery; each is ready within 48 hours. We send you the files on request. You own the finished logo once it is paid for.

6. Billing through Square

Payments are processed by Square under Square's own terms. We never receive or store your full card number. Plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance, and each month renews until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through Square, to charge your payment method each billing period for your plan and any monthly add-ons. Square emails your receipts. If a payment fails, Square may retry it; if it stays unpaid, we may pause your site until the balance is paid.

7. Plan changes

When you upgrade, the new features are available right away and the new price applies from your next billing date. When you downgrade, the change takes effect on your next billing date.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your site stays live and your plan keeps working through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial months. If a one-time add-on has not been started, we will refund it on request. If we end the Service for our own convenience (not because you broke these Terms), we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

9. Referral program

10. Promo codes

We sometimes offer promo codes that make the first few months of a plan free (for example, three months). The number of free months, the plans it applies to and any limit on uses are shown when you apply the code. A card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged during the free months; after that your plan renews at the normal monthly price until you cancel, and you can cancel before the first charge at no cost. Changing plans during the free months may end the free period. Promo codes cannot be combined with a referral or another code, are limited to one per customer, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or limited at any time. We may cancel a promotion that was obtained through abuse.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide, including your logo, text, photos and business information ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display and adapt Your Content as needed to run your site and provide the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not break our Acceptable Use Policy or anyone else's rights. When you cancel, you can ask us within 30 days for a copy of Your Content.

12. Our content and designs

The SiteBee designs, templates, software and the text we write are owned by us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, you may use them as part of your SiteBee site. Stock photos are provided under their licensors' terms (for example, the Pexels license). Starter sites show a small "Powered by SiteBee" link in the footer; Pro and Max customers can turn it off.

13. Domains

14. Shop orders

15. Contact forms

If your site has a contact or booking form, we deliver submissions to the email on your account. You are responsible for how you use and protect the information your customers send you.

16. Emails we send

We send transactional emails such as sign-in links, preview-ready notices, and account and billing notices. When we email a business about a preview it did not ask for, the message identifies SiteBee as the sender, uses an accurate subject line, includes our postal mailing address, and has a simple way to opt out. We honor opt-outs right away and keep a do-not-contact list so we do not email that address again. We never sell or rent email lists.

17. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use and Takedown Policy. We may remove content or suspend a site that violates it, and where practical we will tell you why.

18. Service providers

The Service relies on other companies, including Cloudflare (hosting), Square (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (business listings and site speed checks), Printful (Shop products) and our domain registrar. Their services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or actions.

19. Availability and changes

We work to keep sites online at all times, but the Service is provided as is and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or any specific uptime. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you and you may cancel.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these Terms, do not pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling.

21. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH RANKING, NUMBER OF VISITORS OR AMOUNT OF BUSINESS.

22. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

23. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your business, or your breach of these Terms, and pay resulting damages and reasonable costs.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the updated Terms apply.

26. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale of the business. Send notices to hello@sitebee.co.
